Bluebird Felicidad Cup

This delightful mug is a charming example of David Gurney's "trademark" Mexican folk art style. The scene depicts a pueblo village on a yellow background with a bluebird flying over carrying a berry branch. There are cactus and leaf borders and the top band displays the word, "Felicidad". A small gold leaf dot pattern can be seen on the top band as well. The inside is a deep forest green with subtle white speckles. It is hand made, and vibrantly hand painted and decorated.
